I was brought onto the team at Hutch partway through the MMX project to take charge of the UI development. The UI was built primarily in Flash using the Scaleform Unity plugin, and was suffering from performance problems, particularly on lower-end devices.
I worked on profiling, optimising, animating and completing the implementation of the UI to ensure it ran as smoothly as possible across all iOS7 devices at the time of launch.
